HOW IT WORKS

Everyone’s nutritional needs are you unique. That is why there is nothing cookie-cutter about this Program…

Step 1

After sign-up you are sent a comprehensive intake form. This is to help me to get to know you —- what you do for work, what your daily activity looks like, past dieting history, current diet, etc.. We can’t devise a plan to get you where you are going without knowing where you have been.

Step 2

Once you have submitted this, I establish a Starting Protocol with a customized calorie and macro-nutrient prescription designed to help you hit your goals. Your protocol as well as the foods, meals, supplements, apps, and other tools that will support you in hitting your goals are all then shared back with you.

Step 3

You’re now ready to get started. You will begin executing against your plan and tracking your progress in our Custom Shared Tracking Document.

Step 4

At the beginning of each week your progress will be reviewed, you will be sent a check in form as well as have the opportunity to join a check in call via Zoom. Based on your progress and your evolving nutritional needs, I will update your plan each week to ensure that you continue to see maximal progress through the entire 6 weeks.

Step 5

At the end of the 6 weeks progress of all participants will be reviewed and based off of the biggest changes that have been made over the course of the 6 weeks, the winner will receive a prize pack including branded Elevate Gear and BioSteele products.

Hey — I’m Chris — Owner and Coach at Elevate Athletics

I’ve been training most of my life. First as a competitive hockey player and, over the last 6 years, to help maximize my performance on the ski hill, bike trails, and under the bar.

My nutrition journey begun in my first year of Junior Hockey when I lost nearly 20 lbs over the course of the season and found myself absolutely depleted. Over the next 5 years I developed my understanding of performance nutrition to support me in my sport.

After finishing my hockey career I shifted the focus of my nutrition education and application — working more and more with individuals to design sustainable weight-loss and muscle building protocols that supported performance in a wide range of activities including distance running, ski racing, back-country exploration, and more.

I absolutely love sharing my knowledge with the world to help people achieve goals they never imagined possible

FAQ

  • Unlike most gym-run challenges, ours is completely customized. You are unique. You have unique needs when it comes to your nutrition. We run a comprehensive intake to determine your energy (calorie) needs, and from there, design a prescription that will align your nutrition with your physical and/or performance goals. We also assess progress and adjust the prescription so it adapts with you and you see maximal results over the 6 weeks.

  • Anyone looking to look, feel, and perform better as well as anyone looking to "elevate" their awareness related to their nutrition (what and how much they need to eat to acheive a desired outcome).

  • Yes, we do strongly suggest that you log your calorie and macro intake for the duration of the challenge. To determine outputs you need to know inputs. Food and nutrient intake is the primary input that drives weight loss or gain, energy levels, sleep, and a host of other critical aspects of health. We work with you to make it as easy and painless as possible to bring awareness and precision to those inputs to get the outputs (more energy, flatter stomach etc.) you desire.

  • Nope! Although we’d love to have you as a member, we work with anyone interested in making a change.

  • Nope! We use an approach aptly called 'flexible dieting', meaning we give you the calories and macro-nutrient (proteins, carbs, fats) targets and you pick the foods you like that fit into those targets. We'll help you navigate getting enough protein if you are vegan/vegetarian, and even fit pasta and pizza into your diet if those are non-negotiables :)

  • Nope! Pictures are helpful to observe and track changes that may not be showing up through tracking scale/bodyweight changes, but they are by no means mandatory AND, even if you do take them, we only post them with your express permission.
