Our specialized programs are designed to Elevate your game during the off-season, ensuring you stay ahead of the competition when it counts. Led by experienced coaches and utilizing state-of-the-art equipment, our sessions focus on enhancing agility, strength, speed, and skill development tailored specifically for hockey players
High Performance Athlete Training
For the 2024 Off-Season (June-September) we are offering two tiers of High-Performance Athlete Training..
Pro Performance Option
Our Pro Performance Option is for most committed athletes. Athletes are asked to apply (application form below) for our Pro Performance Training. Dallas and Chris will follow up with all applicants.
Training Program:
5 Sessions per week within state of the art 3 month progressive training model
Small Groups (<10)
For Athletes going into 2nd year U15 or older
Includes initial performance assessments, access to state of the art training app to track and monitor weekly progress
Custom Nutrition Plan
Mobility work and performance therapy
Cost: $110/week
Elite Performance/Female Performance Option
Our Elite Performance Option is for athletes with other commitments through the off-season but who are still committed to their training and making the most of their 24/25 Season. Open to all ages.

Includes initial performance assessments, and dynamic training plan within state of the art 3 month progressive training model
Nutrition Resources including Athlete Nutrition Performance Guide, grocery lists, and more

Assessments
We provide thorough assessments for all athletes, including an in-depth look at injury history, biomechanics, nutrition, lifestyle, training and sport-specific goals. We perform regular testing against baseline to maximize program results and athlete outcomes.
Strength and
Conditioning
Elevate Performance Strength and Conditioning programs are designed to address all areas of athletic development – including strength, speed, power, agility, energy systems and movement. All of our programs are age, sport and skill specific.
Performance
Analysis
For Elevate Performance Strength and Conditioning programs, our Team tracks all of our athletes’ progress through regular performance testing. Our testing is integrated into various training sessions and are done weekly in order to produce accurate results from the beginning of the athlete’s training to end.
